Latest News on payment Bank | RBI says payment systems to remain closed on April 1

Reserve Bank of India announced that all the payment systems will be closed on these April 1 i.e.., tomorrow, From its earlier directive asking banks to open on first day of the next Fiscal that  activity on the April 1.  Electronic funds transfers through the payments system such as RTGS and NEFT will remain closed on Saturday.

Transactions with debit cards and credit cards would not be  affected. Already declared on March 25 that all payment systems as in a normal day of work, during the period March 25 to April 1, 2017 including Saturday, Sunday and all holidays.
